VISITOR VISAS
1.Standard Vİsitor Visa
- For a conference, meeting or training,
- To participate in a specific sporting event,
- To perform as an artist, entertainer or musician,
- As an academic, for academic research or to accompany students in a study abroad program,
- To receive a clinical document or observer letter as a doctor or dentist,
- To take the Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) exam or to take the Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE),
- To invest to establish, take over, join or run a business,
- Those who want to visit the UK should apply for this visa type.
With this visa;
- Participate in any of the business activities specified in the visitor rules,
- You can receive training for up to 30 days unless the main reason for your visit is,
- Participate in an exchange program or training visit (if you are under 18),
- You can transit from the UK during your trip to another country.
But with visa;
- Can not work for a fee or for free,
- Cannot live in the UK for a long time through frequent visits,
- Cannot receive public funds,
- Do not marry.
2.Marriage Visa
- If you want to get married or establish a partnership in the UK,
- If you do not plan to stay or settle in the UK after your marriage,
3.Payment Contracted Work Visa
- If you have been invited by a UK-based organization or customer,
- If you want to come to the UK to do certain paid jobs without a sponsor under the points-based visa system,
- If you are a citizen of a country other than the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland,
You can apply for this visa type.
4.Tier 4 Student Parent Visa
- If your child is studying at an independent paid school in the UK,
- If you are a citizen of a country other than the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland,
You can apply for this visa type.
This visa is generally valid for 6 or 12 months. After that, you can get an extension for 12 months at a time, until your child turns 12.
